Do you charge to do a quote?
We do not charge to do a quote, however, we will require a commitment from a client for long-distance call outs.

Are the awnings waterproof?
Yes

Are your installations supervised?
Yes. All teams have a leader who supervises the job and a Technical Manager who will assist on-site where need be.

Is there a warranty on the awning?
Our products are guaranteed for 3 years; however, we have found that the lifespan of the individual product might last up to 5- 10 years.

What colours are available?
Acrylic and Polycarbonate awnings are supplied in our standard colours; Clear, bronze and grey and opal. Other colours can be supplied on request.

What colours are the brackets?
The brackets are an Engineered PVC which is UV stabilised so they will not break down in the sun.

Can you customize my awning?
The Awnings can be joined together to make an awning of any width, however, our friendly teams are always ready to call on our customers.

Can I install the awning myself and is it easy?
Yes, you can, it is an easy DIY product and installation instructions are available on request.

Do you offer installation services?
We have found that most clients prefer our excellent and quick installation services which are done by our in-house installation teams.

Are the awnings UV stable?
All products supplied and installed by Reboss is UV stable The boards will allow all the sun through while blocking out the harmful UV Rays.
